Unfortunately, I wasn't able to evaluate Dr. Freher's medical care because I was never seen for my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m., and I arrived at 11:00 a.m. After waiting until 12:45 p.m. without being seen, I had to leave in order to make it to work. I’ve been to this office once and then had a telehealth appointment . When I saw the doctor, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He put me on a heart medication. I had taken it three times and had side effects, so I contacted his staff. However, I had to go through text messaging throughout the day, because I could not get in touch with someone on the phone. 5 stars to Dr. Freher. He's a good , thorough Dr. His tech, NO star. Had to have a monitor put on. She didn't shave or clean skin as directed . She didn't explain how to use it and most importantly, she put it in the wrong spot. Took less then 5 minutes with me , gave me the return box and left. It kept showing up on the monitor it was not in good contact with my skin so I read the instructions and called the company and once I shaved, cleaned the area and put it in the right spot it's working perfectly and not one error.
