Less than 0 is not good enough. I called to get an appointment for a consultation not argue with someone on the phone. This guy what a freaking pinhead, I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I tried explaining the issues I'm having and in the span of 3 minutes I couldn't remember what my issue was. He wouldn't let me get a word in just kept asking me questions that bounced around like a rubber ball. He says well maybe you have a problem listening but that's nothing I can help you with. How is that professional?
