I had a concern with the fluid leaking from the transmission on my cargo van early one morning. I pulled into the service bay and just asked if anyone could take a quick look at it. Todd Kopetic arranged for Matthew to look at it within ten minutes on a very busy day to confirm for me that not only was the transmission not leaking, but they also completed a full scan of the underside of the van to ensure that nothing else was leaking or out of line.
