Great service and had my truck ready in a little over a hour.
My vehicle needed recall repair. The service department handled everything and kept me informed whilst the work was in progress. The work was completed much faster than I had anticipated.
Took my car in, for inspection and routine maintenance. Something went wrong and they gave me a loaner to drive while it was getting fixed. Great all around service. Would recommend
Jeff was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything clearly. Great experience overall at Mark Ficken Ford.
Excellent service on a difficult issue. But the mechanics stuck with it and finally finished a battery and auto stop problem. Service agent, Doug, kept me well informed. I would highly recommend their Service Department.
