Received multiple calls, texts, and emails to come bring my truck in for a recall. Drop truck off and am told it should be completed by the next day. I check in the afternoon the next day as I hadn’t received any updates. I’m then told it won’t be done until 6pm and will have to pick it up in the morning. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I had a fairly complex issue with my car, but the team at Ford Motors handled it with total professionalism and expertise. They diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently, and the communication throughout was excellent.
