We just bought a 2021 GMC Terrain at Mark Ficken Ford and had a great experience. We looked other places for a few weeks with some unpleasant experiences but here everything was great. Jonathan was our salesperson and I recommend him highly! He was knowledgeable, easy to interact with, anxious to fill our needs, and patient. Everyone at the dealership was kind and accommodating. Definitely should have gone there first! Highly recommend!!
