Perry greeted us on the lot and worked with us on the test drive and details of the 1 in stock Timberline. He made us feel at home with the dealer, introduced us to his team, and kept asking "what do you need" instead of just trying to push a sell. We just bought a 2021 GMC Terrain at Mark Ficken Ford and had a great experience. We looked other places for a few weeks with some unpleasant experiences but here everything was great. Jonathan was our salesperson and I recommend him highly! He was knowledgeable, easy to interact with, anxious to fill our needs, and patient. Everyone at the dealership was kind and accommodating. Definitely should have gone there first! Highly recommend!!
