Great experience repainting my Rivian!!!
Alyssa at Mark Ficken was a pleasure to work with. I was regularly updated on the status of my car repair and she handled my insurance billing beautifully. Repairs took about a month however most of that time was just waiting for approvals from the insurance company. Hopefully I don’t need to return, but if I do I know who to call!
Very satisfied with the staff, the repair, and the way they kept me informed along the way. Immaculate repair!
