I’ve only gone here a few times. Twice for cavities. They couldn’t get me numb both times (I have never had this problem anywhere else. I scheduled a cleaning and they canceled and said they would put me on a waitlist. Never heard back and had to call them to reschedule. During my cleaning the hygienist made a racist, political remark attempting to chit chat while cleaning my teeth. VERY unprofessional. I’ve read that 12% of people have an extreme fear of the Dentist. I absolutely was one of those people, until I visited Mark Family Dental… What an amazing experience, from start to finish! The upfront office staff was warm, welcoming and fast getting me checked in. Makayla (hopefully I spelled that right), did my x-rays, she was extremely gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Dr Jeff and our dentist Ash were awesome, they worked efficiently and explained everything thoroughly. Ash went out of her way to make sure my little sister had something to play with while my mom had her fillings. Me and my family having been coming to Dr Mark Dental for around 4+ years and the service is always amazing the staff are friendly and welcoming!
