Mark was professional in preparing my nephew's funeral and carried out his wife's wishes. However, I ordered a necklace to have my nephew's ashes placed in and paid for it by check because I don't live near there and asked him to send it to me and I would pay the cost for that. He said he would get it right out. My niece happened to be in town and asked if she could pick it up to give to me and he said that he used the money I sent for the necklace to go towards the balance of the funeral. Mark was the most caring individual and very responsive to our calls and messages! He sat and talked to us about our mother to actually find out who she was and what she did! Mark concentrates on making a difficult experience as painless as possible. He understands the desire to provide a fitting tribute to the deceased within financial constraints. Without exception he seems to go above and beyond to smooth the process and put people at ease. Not only a great service provider, but a genuinely nice guy.
