I hope you don't like grass because if you build with them you won't get any. I didn't purchase through Mark Elliot but somehow I'm stuck looking at my neighbors overgrown weeds. It's been two years and apparently they don't believe in paying the landscaping company.
I purchased a Mark Elliot model home in March 2021 with closing date in November 2021. On the final walkthrough there were many items to be addressed including wavy facia, a few shingles damaged and dent in garage door and crack in Sheetrock. I have been told multiple times from both Mark Elliot homes and the warranty company they would be fixed but after 18 + months all I get is one excuse after another with no result. Still waiting for a full dumpster to be removed from the driveway three weeks after moving in.
Where do I begin. Elderly parents 88 and 84 purchased back in March 2021. Townhome 1500 sq concrete slab. Was told it would be completed in October. They sold their home august with the understanding house would be done. Why would we question it? Whitney seemed honest. She said the materials were locked in.
