Many many years ago I was diagnosed with that c word that no one wants to here! Dr. Einstein did his best to calm a patient down that was hysterical crying and had difficulty dealing w this diagnosis. In a compassionate way, Dr. Einstein explained what it means, my options and next steps. He did not rush me and answered all my questions and accepted my call or called me back when I had a few more questions.
