I was very unhappy with the service I received at Mark Edwards. My very fine violin came back to me with two dents, as if it had been dropped. It was sticky and he put on two different types of strings. One string is discolored. My bow was not mailed to me on time and he acted as if it were my fault. I never received the new set of strings he promised me. I have found Auzzi Jules in Cincinnati, OH to be of much higher standards.
