The worst “professional” experience I have ever had. Mark showed up 1.5 hours late after forgetting the appointment and me having to call him to remind him. I also had called him three times previously to set up an appointment and each time he said he would have to call me back and he never did. When Mark finally made it here he was disheveled looking/unprofessional looking. I overlooked that and took him down to the basement where we are installing an upflush toilet. After reading some reviews we were nervous to book Mark as a Plumber to come fix our toilet, but we looked by the poor reviews and invited him to come take a look. After taking a look he said he would come back next week at 9am, and just like the reviews said, he didn’t call and didn’t show. If you are going to run a business and try to get a reputable reputation for yourself, Why tell your customers you will be there and then just not show up. Highly do not recommend his services.
Great service. Mark is very knowledgeable.
We called to schedule a visit to fix a leaking toilet. He said he could come take a look at it the following week. He never showed up at all. No show no call. We found a local neighbor to fix the issue which was relatively simple. There are better more responsive plumbers out there.
Mr. Turcotte was there for us when we needed help with a clogged kitchen sink drain. He was unable to help us immediately as the blockage was in the basement and he lacked a large enough snake, but he let me know how to fix it and didn't charge me for his time. Later in the day after we did some work following his instructions he came back to install piping under our sink after we decided we didn't want to do that part of the job ourselves.
