My mother was in a nursing home and it looked like we would lose all of her money to the nursing home. Mr. Shelley was able to protect over half of her assets and her care did not suffer.
This guy was more interested in taking my money than he was in actually helping us. I spend 22 minutes with him and ended up knowing less than when I came in. Offered no advice. He wanted \$1000 to write a letter (something I could do myself) I came in for a consult, never told there would be a charge when I called and he wanted \$300 when we left. I will tell EVERYONE in Concord to stay away from him. DO NOT have him do your wills, trusts, or anything. He is way out of line!
