The assistant has always been wonderful, but Dr. Neff is a cold and callous and arrogant man who did not listen to my child when he was experiencing the beginnings of a panic attack, he tried to take actions without running them by me, first, and when I spoke up to address my concerns, he told me that, "The dentist is speaking." He got me in protective mama bear mode, and I got my child up out of the chair in the middle of the examination and left before I said something I'd regret.
