Each staff member, Jessica in particular, has been kind and caring. Dr. Jonas listens carefully and makes gentle recommendations. I greatly appreciated his help as it was hard to sort out the issues to figure out what to do. I also appreciate the willingness to mask -- and your posting it in the waiting area.
Dr Jonas was extremely patient and informative during my visit. The whole staff was friendly and kind putting my mind at ease. Going to a specialist isn't always the case and I was surprised how nice everyone was to me.
Dr and staff are very good at listening to patients and making sure to answer any questions regarding any questions I have!
What they do well: Taking time to answer and discuss patient questions.
DR. Jonas is a very caring doctor and listens to my concerns. He NEVER makes me feel rushed; he spends a lot of time listening to me. His MA, Jess is wonderful also. Friendly, caring people. I highly recommend Dr. Jonas!!
