I think it is pathetic to have to stop at a store in order to use the rest room, because the personnel say that I can wait until I am called back (the rest room is behind a locked door that the personnel must open). After driving an hour to get to the office, I would like the courtesy of using the rest room. Forget trying to call the office--they answered with "please hold" and then after 5 mins, the phone starts ringing again, they answer with "please hold". Minerva office is wonderful. Alliance however is a completely different experience. Not only do they speak down to you, but instead of calling you to speak with them they yell at you from their window. Rude . I suffer from ptsd and have a severe anxiety disorder. Thanks for trying to making me feel like less of a person. I wait sometimes a half hour to talk to anyone. The office is closed for an hour and a half for lunch. I called to reschedule an appointment and instead of an answering service as they say they have the mess... read more
