This is disappointing to even have to do. I visited this office to see Dr. Friedel for a concern involving my nose/sinuses. I felt extremely brushed off. I had to disclose some very personal information to him in regards to the concerns with my nose. My honesty led to this Dr. not taking me serious. This doctor should not be able to still practice. He does not listen to your concerns, tells you 50 different options of what could be wrong with you, and no solution. He told me, “but I can’t tell you what to do”… He doesn’t seem very knowledgeable, or doesn’t really care about African American patients. If you tell him what’s wrong with you he will basically just give you a million different things it could be, and offer no real solution. Dr. Friedel has great bedside manners. He is easy to understand when explaining your situation. The practice does not overbook, so you are seen on time.
