Medical assistant Camilla is snotty and unfriendly. Dr. Dubin is arrogant and acts like your concerns are stupid and not worth his time.
I went to see him because I was having a problem. He was very cold . Gave me a sample of pills to take, they never helped, so I called office and left numerous messages and finally got a call back . They are terrible at calling back and terrible at bedside manor. I will never use them again.
My husband and I have been a patient of Dr Dubin for many years. He recently joined Dupage Medical Group. My review is not about Dr. Dubin but about the practice he joined. It is absolutely nearly impossible to reach anyone at Dupage Medical group unless you are scheduling an appointment. I call Thursday, July 11th and left a message concerning a prescription. The man is arrogant and petty and does not listen to his patients. He was told in no uncertain terms that I could not drink the usual colonoscopy prep. Because he didn't listen, that was what he gave me. I tried to make do with something else that seemed to have a similar affect. When it turns out it didn't, he choose the moment I woke up from anesthesia to humiliate me with the lack of desired results, berating me for the poor results, and at my most vulnerable moment no less.
