I went in today for a consultation the price was already a lot higher than my copay, however it’s a specialty dental office, they also use some equipment that is not covered by my insurance. The receptionists were so kind to breakdown my estimate prior to seeing the doctor and after what the doctor recommended would be the best treatment for me, yea I had to pay a bit more out of pocket because they still had not put in a claim to my insurance but once that’s done they would let me know if there is a difference from my end o... read more
I highly recommend Apex Endodontics. I had a root canal re-treatment done by Dr. Douglas yesterday and she walked me through each step with care and patience. I'm incredibly anxious about dental work and her staff was exceptionally patient and kind to me as I had a few difficult moments during the treatment (to no fault of theres.) Would absolutely see Dr. Douglas again if I needed treatment in the future.
I would highly recommend Dr Douglas and the Apex team. She made time for me in an urgent situation. She was able to assess what needed to be done. She had me wait until some inflammation had subsided (to keep the necessary pain to a minimum) and then she did a great job on my root canal. Great staff. Prepared me each step for what was coming next. If you need an Endodontist, she is the BEST.
A mediados de noviembre 2024 tuve mI cita para inyectarme Botox en diciembre 2024 ya tenía nuevamente las marcas en mi rostro, el BOTOX había desaparecido cuando me dijeron que su efecto dura 6 meses o mas, llame para notificarlo me hicieron cita me la cancelaron 3 ocasiones el lunes 3/febrero 2025 me llamaron que el Dr. ya no trabajaba en esa clínica y que la Dra. ya no hacia ese procedimiento…mal servicio y mala atención al cliente, NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO
I highly recommend Dr Douglas. Her staff is kind, caring and very professional. I went for a consultation. Rather than make a second trip, she did the root canal at this visit. Amazing!! I did not feel a thing. 35 minutes later , she was done. Thank you Apex Endodontic Studio :)
