APEX, the staff and the Dr were such an amazing experience during my most recent visit. Everything from a smooth check in process, insurance coverage validation, accommodate prompt scheduling , service, location confort and professional assistance. It’s amazing how the technology and experience doctors have evolved in the field of endodoncia. Dr Fabiola’s hands are such a blessing. I felt good basically the same day and was able to recover almost immediately. recommended!
Dr. Fabiola Douglas and her staff exhibited excellent customer service from the first phone call I made throughout my entire visits. I was visiting Orlando from Georgia and had an emergency tooth issue that resulted in a root canal. To be someone from out of state needing immediate attention from an Endodontic, I would highly recommend Apex Endodontic Studio. Exceptional service from Dr. Douglas and her team. I went in for a root canal and from the start I felt comfortable just by the cleanliness of the office and great customer service/work ethic from ALL the staff. Before the procedure everything was explained in detail by Dr. Douglas and Liz. They were both so patient and communicated very well throughout the procedure. I was so relaxed, I didn’t feel anything which is rare at the dentist. 10/10
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Douglas and her staff very recently. Everyone was super nice and sweet. I have a lot of anxiety and suffer from panic attacks and everyone was very attractive to me by talking to me and letting me know everything was going to be fine. Dr. Douglas was very polite and make sure to make me feel has comfortable as possible.
