I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. And it was the second time, with yet another stylist. After being a long time customer I gave them every benefit of the doubt. Every chance to redeem themselves. The staff here is really giving the owner a bad reputation. Very bad experience with this salon. My hair was left severely damaged and extremely dry after hair highlights!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon that left my hair severely damaged and extremely dry. I went in for highlights, but after my hair was washed, the color looked nothing like what I had requested. Even worse, sections of my hair were visibly damaged and began breaking off while the stylist was brushing it. This has never happened to me before, and it was very upsetting. Ashley is fantastic! She’s cut my hair twice now, and both times I’ve left feeling so happy with the results.
