After a friend suggested them, we employed Doctor Chimney Sweep And Repair & Gas Fireplace in Point Pleasant. Bruce and his staff did a fantastic job. They took care of pest control, cleaned the dryer vent and air ducts, and fixed the chimney. After being swiftly installed, the attic insulation immediately had an impact. Some missing shingles were expertly handled by their roofing service. There were no surprises and everything was completed on schedule. I'd gladly use them once more!
Total scam - they are not in Point Pleasant. I hung up they called me 8 times from two different numbers - one in Rhode Island, one in California. Do not use!

Our inspection was completed by Mike, who were quite competent in their field and gave us advice on what would make an excellent replacement fireplace. Our fireplace was installed by him; they were tidy, professional, amiable, and on schedule. All in all, the employees are compassionate and considerate of their customers.
TN was very kind, he was on time and was honest in his advice on what to do moving forward regarding our fireplace. He and his company are certified in chimney sweeping and extremely professional. Plan on using BN services in the future.
