I never leave reviews but felt I owed to others... While they came out to clean and reset my pilot light, the cost was INSANE. They were here for only 15 minutes and was over $500 (that was the discounted rate too). No parts were replaced either. This has to be the most profitable company around. I'd look elsewhere if you are trying to be mindful of how much things cost. The service call worked and got be back up and going, but the cost is wild which I was told was for their "expertise" .
