We recently had a roof claim with Country, and being in the construction business myself, I have heard horror stories about dealing with insurance. Well, we have had the BEST experience with our claim. The adjuster was prompt, communicative and gave us great advice. The company Country recommend to do the work was absolutely FANTASTIC! The whole process has been quick and painless. I am so glad I have all my insurance with this company.
