We are very pleased with the work Mark Deming and Sons Renovations did painting, installing flooring and baseboards, new stair banister and kitchen cabinets. We had a large job and they were very professional and helpful with all of our concerns. Mark even made custom pantry doors when we couldn't find any that would fit. Thanks to Mark, Nick and Matt for their hard work and expertise. We will be calling them again when we are ready to have our bathroom remodeled.
Had an appointment for an estimate with Nick and he didn’t show due to an “error” in his schedule. Then set a follow up appointment for the next day and showed up 30 minutes late. After going over what I wanted done he told me he would email me an estimate. Never received a quote/estimate, even after re-contacting Nick 3 other times. If you can’t follow up with a quote or show for an appointment on time, you are probably not going to show up for your scheduled work on time or finish the job. Saved myself future headaches!!
Nick came out to do demo on our kitchen and it could not have gone smoother! The team was efficient, safe and very professional. Would definitely call them for any needs in my home!
We used Mark and Nick to expand our closet into a dressing room along with a bathroom renovation. They were very professional listening to all our wishes. The results are amazing! Very happy with their work and would recommend them for any job.
Based on a friend’s recommendation, we first hired the Demings in 2020 to complete a hall bath renovation. They later rescued us from the contractor from hell in 2023, finishing a large kitchen remodel when we finally fired the terrible contractor. In 2024-25, they completed a deck extension around our swim spa, installed new gutters, and did a complete master bath renovation for us. I really cannot recommend the Demings highly enough.
