Mark and his sons did an absolutely beautiful job finishing our basement. From bathroom, wet bar, bedroom, a WHOLE WALL of custom storage closets, it’s all great work. They are also super easy to work with. Always available via text, super clear communication, delivered right on budget and the quote. I have other projects I need done at my home and we will be hiring Mark. Handled everything from permits, inspections and all the subs. I also felt very comfortable having them in my home every day.
Contractor did a great job. Very pleased with the results. Completed quickly. Price seemed fair enough, though I did not seek several competing quotes. No complaints.
Best work I’ve ever had done on my house. Started job quickly, stayed on schedule, and always friendly and accommodating! Never had a minutes issue. Always receptive to changes made on the fly and able to implement my ideas without issue. Already had them coming back soon for more projects!
The Deming Team recently remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, as well as additional upgrades such as first floor flooring and lighting. We are very pleased with the work Mark Deming and Sons Renovations did painting, installing flooring and baseboards, new stair banister and kitchen cabinets. We had a large job and they were very professional and helpful with all of our concerns. Mark even made custom pantry doors when we couldn't find any that would fit. Thanks to Mark, Nick and Matt for their hard work and expertise. We will be calling them again when we are ready to have our bathroom remodeled.
