Very knowledgeable. Facility is clean. I have used active release for years and just moved to Bend. I’m so glad I was able to find DeJohn Bodywork.
I was referred to Mark by two other friends. I’m glad I took their word for it. I threw my back out last year. I went to the chiropractor (a bunch) massage, hot and cold. It was thrown out for three weeks. Same thing happened a couple weeks ago. I went to Mark, next day 95% better. So good! He’s also working on other injuries, etc., and using laser. Mark is a really nice person and easy to talk to. I’m definitely recommending him to a lot of friends!
I was really interested in trying ART for several chronic over use symptoms. Carpal tunnel, an old knee injury and some neck work. I am extremely impressed with Mark’s knowledge and skill. I would recommend ART for anyone wanting to address chronic issues or simply a self care tune up.
I have not been able to feel pain free in months an hour sesión with Mark and I’m actually feeling some relief major relief ! I haven’t felt this in a long time. He cares so much about his patients well being and takes time to understand the underline problem. Thank you Mark for caring so much and for really making a difference.
