I'm going to write this review before we even do the surgery next week because I have so much confidence in this wonderful doctor. I've had so many situations of doctors being indifferent to rude to negligent and Dr Packer has just put that all in the past for me. Tried to reach out to Dr Packer for questions about 2 previous surgeries but was turned away by his assistant. The sergeon I remembered cared about his patients. Perhaps it just his staff.
I think he is a good Dr., but the infrastructure surrounding him is woeful. Hard to make appointments, hard to get any type of attention from a human via phone or chat, etc. They seem to make it really hard to be his patient.
Attentive and responsive. Desk staff and assistant is great as well.
