We hired MDC to assist in remodeling a flip for us. Mark, Casey, and Carlos were efficient, thorough, and provided a good quality the work product. The communication was good and they were all personable to be around. They provided insight and valuable opinions in decision making. We will hire them again.
Mark replaced our front door. He was responsive and the quality was good. Was straight forward and did what he said he would do.
Since the google listing changed again....WAY over budget. never submitted a single change order when he convinced my mother-in-law to make changes. I ended up finding our own contractors and he still asked for a cut even though he didn't supervise or ever talk to them. CCB had 3 open cases by the time he had been removed from our project. Had to finish ourselves. Quality was meh, and I learned how to do a lot of the work because he left parts unfinished or done wrong.
