Dr. Dawson is a very good doctor. His staff in the billing department are very rude and should not be in that position if they do not know what they are doing. Dr. Dawson has lost myself and my daughter as patients due to the rudeness and ignorance of this staff in billing.
Horrible! I am severe Diabetic. Took me over a month to get the "correct" needles for my Novolog Insulin. HE prescribed Novolog which requires a syringe. He called in pen needles! Took me a month to get this straightened out. Incompetence at its finest! Many problems with office after just ONE VISIT! I would not send my dog here!
Horrible horrible horrible, do not go here, these people don’t care, has been a month to be referred to a neurologist, brought them two copies of a list of neurologists in my network, somewhere they lost the list, you think they can call and say they lost it to not prolong anything?, no they wait until I call, “oh we need a list from you” what do you mean? I gave you two lists, this guy really needs to stop practicing
I was 40 when I had my 2nd child and last. I was going through anxiety issues. This man was so impersonal towards me. I was just stunned by him telling me something about me being 40 years old and just having a baby. I should of walked out. His nurse seemed so embarrassed cause she was new to the place. Would Not Most Definitely Not Recommend to Anyone, Especially Your Children.
