Called to speak with someone about status update on a complex under new construction in the area I live in and whoever they have answering phones is VERY rude. She needs an attitude adjustment. If names of staff are accurate on the website- Katie is extremely rude & should learn some customer service before answering any more phone calls. If you don't have the answer to a question how about you take a note and have someone else call them back.
