Dr. Klaiman is compassionate, with a gentle demeanor, which is really helpful and reassuring for uncomfortable procedures like EMG/NCV. The practice is clean, chic, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming. Scheduling was easy and pre-appointment communication was clear and useful. Good vibes all around!
Dr. Klaiman clearly explained the steps of the EMG test procedure, let me know what to expect at each step and was patient and solicitous of my welfare.
I have used the various services offered at Po1ntOnePerformance (physical therapy, dry needles acupuncture, lower back injections and now a nerve conductivity test by Dr. Klaiman) and have been very impressed by their professional and support staff.
