As an elderly patient ..got into a traffic mess and was not on time..I tried to explain . I was having a lot of discomfort in my chest and was so glad to get in to see the Dr. His nurse came out and said, sorry we can't see you..I am never late !!! I felt she could have a least to offer to wait and see if they could find a spot for me. So I will be looking for another Dr.
Dr. Deutsch is great! He's so nice and so enthusiastic. He helped me with my vocal cord issue and my husband with his nose injury!.
I saw Dr. Deutsch for a second opinion on a Meniers diagnosis. He listened to my concerns and was genuinely caring. I highly recommend he and his staff.
A huge waste of money and time. I waited over a month for my appointment with bad ear pain and my appointment lasted no longer than 5 minutes. Told me I don’t have ear problems and it’s simply my jaw. I can understand if it’s my jaw but he simply didn’t explore if it could be BOTH my ear and jaw. He walked in the door dismissing my issues right away. I’m extremely frustrated and honestly if you’re a girl in your 20s do not go to him unless you want to be treated like “one of his kids” instead of an adult that should be taken... read more
