The children's ER is fantastic. The adult ER, on the other hand, 4-6 hour wait in the dead of night. They recently redid their ER, and now it is even SLOWER. If you need medical attention in a reasonable amount of time that doesn't require immediate hospitalization, save yourself hours of agony and go elsewhere.
