This person claimed he 'does it all' but would only give per hour price for what should have been tops a 2 day, 15 hour job. After 7 days we asked for bill to date and he had 'logged' 40+ hours! And the job was nowhere near done! He was very slow, kept having to 'leave' to get something he forgot or needed, and we were charged for that time.
