Dr Crawford told me yes your neck is really bad but did nothing but charge my insurance. He changed his whole attitude when I said I don't want him to use his Google glasses to record the appointment. I waited months to see him and he did nothing but diagnose me with stenosis, D.J.D., tremors, and a list of other problems. I guess if he can't record the visit he does nothing making me wonder who he sells his videos to. Dr crawford did my back surgery 4 years ago and even after reinjuring it,he has still treated me to avoid another surgery (being so young). He is straightforward, nice and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my spine. Crawford is the real deal.
I have been going to Dr Crawford for over a year and he has been very up front with me, but his office staff is very unprofessional. I have had the hardest time getting the receptionist to take me seriously and give the messages to the right people I ask her too. It is extremely frustrating when you can't get the help you need. I have left several messages for Dr Crawford to call me, which is very important and I don't even know if he is getting the messages because of the lack of communication between his staff. Hi my name is Sean T i was treated by Mr. Crawford and was not given a good recommendation what to do about my back. His assistant told me to just take Tylenol and it would be ok. I have been on disability for 7 years. I can't stand for prolonged periods without a-lot of pain and tend to get back spasms. I have had 3 shots in my back with no relief.
