I have been a patient of Dr Case for about 16 or 17 years. He is caring, compassionate and most especially knowledgeable. He has always makes time to answer my 15 million questions and talks to me about options that I have. I have never considered going to another doctor. The current staff has been with him for quite a while. Monica always answers the phone and is pleasant and helpful. She always has a smile when I come in the office.
Dr Case has evolved in a way that people don’t like. Change. But we all do what is best for us, why not him! Anyway. Dr Case is always helping me and offers many ideas and explained things completely. He is an amazing doctor. Our family thanks him for his service in the Army!! He sacrificed his life for our America!! He’s a great doctor and man! His staff is one of the most professional, friendly , efficient staff I have ever met. If you don’t care about organization and efficiency the the oroblem is not them
He is alright as a dr, said didn’t finish feel anything wrong in my hand and Yerba I got a second opinion and no I had a torn ligament . The Office Staff are the most rude people I have ever met. They lied about insurance coverage, and charged me for a wrong visit.
Dr. Case discovered I had a thyroid issue he sent me to another doc I was not comfortable with so I told Dr. Case I was going to get a second opinion. Ever since then our doctor patient relationship went down the tubes. Once I tried to see him for two issues and his office told me I would have to make separate appts??! What? Never heard of such a thing! When I did see him couple times after he was very short and snippy with me. I no longer see him.

I was upset to learn of Dr. Case's decision to leave my medical insurance co's network. I'd been his patient for 2 years since moving to Delaware from Brooklyn NY. I'd like to figure a way retain Dr. Case as my PCP. He's a really good listener, a nice guy and a good doctor who looks out for his patients and has a caring way about him. Highly recommended !
Unfortunately Dr Case's office is leaving primary care insurance and going to pay up front or medicare. I think this is very selfish of himself but i'm sure they had to do it to survive. Dr Case has been a wonderful doctor but he could stand to get a new receptionist.
