Mac and Eric serviced my water heater, they gave an honest and fair assessment without making me feel like they just wanted a profit. Over the weekend my water heater broke. I called Mark Carpenter plumbing and Brian Carpenter called me to let me know that someone will be out after the call they are currently on. I didn't think it was going to be fixed until the week began but Mark Carpenter Plumbing has an excellent staff and very devoted.
Doug fixed my plumbing issues in a timely manner. Mark Carpenter Plumbing is a great service. I highly recommend them to everyone I know because of how efficient they are and how well they fixed everything.
