Top notch Doctor all around. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and talented surgeon. I had a septoplasty done by him along with turbinate reduction due to a deviated septum and I couldn’t be happier, he did such an amazing job. I highly recommend him over any other ENT around.
Very friendly. Explained everything so I would understand. Never felt rushed. This is the second time i had to utilize his services and would definitely recommend them. He even called me at home that night after he obtained my hearing test results.
I really enjoyed Dr. Rainer’s Humor. He’s very compassionate, caring & thorough. His language was simple and to the point on what he felt needed to be done. Very little scarring will be seen if any.
Dr. Rayner took time to explain all the information I needed as pertains to my issues , also all options for treatment with no pressure, just up to me. He listens to concerns and cares about me. Very personable. We’re lucky to have him!
