San Antonio office staff is rude, lazy. Diane was going to put a 24 hour monitor on me on 3/31/21. This is now 4/29/21. I've spoken with Mary, Mandy and Diane numerous times asking they contact my insurance to let them know it's the only monitor used in that office. A Medi-lynx representative, the company who makes the monitor, is the only one who called my insurance. The rep then called me and said their monitor is out of network. Dr. Canales was the Cardialogist that took care of my husband at the hospital. I am a nurse for 40 years and can state that he handle this case very well. My husband did expire but Dr Canales did everything possible to save my husband of 43 years. His bedside manners were professional but also very caring to our family. I will use Dr. Canales as our family cardiologist from now on, and will recommend him to family and friends.
