Wesley Long Attending Urologist on call! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Ottelin to anyone. Regardless of his credentials, he ranks among the most rude professionals I have ever encountered. When we asked questions about the procedure he quickly became even more belligerent and started berating the Resident asking, "did you not explain this to them". He proceeded to bully us into making a decision based on little information telling us it is basically "now or never"!
Dr. Ottelin, rushed my office visit. His lacks the ability to listen to the patient thoroughly. This behavior leads me to think he only wants to rush through as many patients as he can per day. When i asked for discussion as to my treatment plan, he brushed me off and rudely replied "I know what I am Doing" His behavior did not give me the impression that he cared about me or my health needs.
Very friendly, made me feel at ease, took time to explain my condition and treatment plan.
