I have closed a number properties across four states over the past three years. This closing with Mark's team (Mary) was the worst experience of them all. Multiple delays led to delays in closing and ultimately we are still not closed. The weekend before closing I received THREE different versions of the HUD document. When documents were returned it was half way through closing day and no one had even communicated if we are to close - even after realtors checking in. Still not closed.
