Whenever I message Dr. Howard, he always personally responds either the same day or the next day at the very latest. Actually, he personally responds in the evening. Depending on the nature of the message, his nurses might even respond for him the same day. He is very cordial. I recommend Dr.Howard
He is a fabulous doctor who doesn’t rush through appts, listens very closely, fully answers all my questions, is empathetic and asks numerous questions to help get to the true cause. He also doesn’t quickly rush to a conclusion like some doctors do. I’ve never had a doctor so prompt with mychart. He responds with thorough, thoughtful answers. I don’t understand the negative reviews here bc I haven’t experienced anything similar. A lot of my family goes to him as well.
I am not happy with the visit I had with this doctor. First of all, my appointment was an hour late, & when I asked him about it, he dismissed it by saying that they always run behind in their office. He clearly didn't care. In addition, he showed no concern for me - as a person or as a patient. He went through the motions, but didn't try to be helpful. I have been truly impressed with Dr Howard. I have some rather complicated health issues, but I think I have found a doctor who truly cares about helping me live the best life I can. He is responsive to requests in person and through MyChart, sensitive to my concerns. In my and my husband’s opinion, he is simply a very good doctor whom I would highly recommend to anyone.
I am a 20 yr RN veteran and they don't make drs like this anymore..He truly cares.
