Dreadful service. Staff unresponsive to calls and voicemails. Look elsewhere. The doctor is nice but the staff is unable or unwilling to respond to patients and this reflects very badly on everyone.
Dr. Howard is very easy going and efficient. He answers all my questions and is very good at injections in the knee. I’ve only had 2, but the pain was minimal. He communicates well.
Dr. Howard is kind, approachable, and explains procedures very well. His staff is also very helpful and professional.
