The security of having a caring doctor with a responsive staff is a luxury. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for anything in the doctor’s office and have always been able to get a same day appointment if I get sick. I will never go back to those mills full of sick people and rude untrained staff that most practices offer. Dr. Burned actually listens to you and addresses your condition with facts and recommendations.
Great doctor and fantastic staff
I am not impressed with the way their scheduling process! My son's appointment was set for 11am. It's 11:40am and he's still waiting; aside of there are 5 patients ahead of us! They close at noon and reopen at 2pm. Which probably means, all these patients won't be seen til after 2pm. That's ridiculous! 😒 Concerned Mother of Patient!!!!
Great doctor & staff. It's easy to reach the office and make appointments.
Dr. Burnes and staff are always friendly, helpful, and consistently have their patients best interest at heart. I can’t imagine going back to another doctor that is part of a large healthcare institution.
