Dr.B is very kind and thorough. He is skilled and sensitive.
The doctor and his staff consistently treated me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. They spoke to me as if I were uninformed and incapable of understanding my own medical concerns. Because of their behavior, I refused to have that doctor perform my surgery and chose another physician to handle the fracture in my back. Their conduct — both the doctor and the front office staff — caused unnecessary delays and made the entire process of getting my surgery completed take much longer than it should have.
We did the initial exam bringing all our scan with M Trujillo on March 25/27. We were informed they would call in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with Dr Brynarski. Two weeks passed. We call the office left numerous messages sent messages through the online Lovelace system and nothing happened. Finally spoke with someone the around May 10th got an appointment for May 29th.
