Can't comment on the service but the guy said he was coming round for a quote and never turned up then ignored his phone and never contacted me back. Seems rather unprofessional.
Professional, modern service with good communication. Mark serviced out boiler and was able to evidence that the inhibitor was low. He then kindly topped this up for us. Will be scheduling our service with Mark next year.
I called numerous plumbers but Mark was one of the few who responded, came around the same day to see what needs to be done. Mark communicated well with us through emails, gave us advice on products and for good value job is now done. Mark is polite, professional, reliable and has done good clean job. I would recommend Mark and will use the services again if needed.
I telephone Mark with a plumbing issue and he responded very quickly. He arranged to visit the next day advised us before his arrival. Told us what was required and we purchased the part and he returned the same day and successfully dealt with the problem. I am very happy with his service and will undoubtedly use him again next time to service our boiler. Highly recommended from me.
