Called Mark Brown to get a quote he was the closest progressive agent to me (Lamar county) and he had a poor attitude wanted to know how I got his name and number as well as why I wanted him to give me a quote if I didn't live in Sherman, TX or plan on moving there. Poor customer service and terrible attitudes turn customers away from not only you but Progressive in general. If you hate your job that bad find one you enjoy. No stars!
