I had ssdi appointment with Mr Mark Brooks PH.D on February 9th 2026, and i couldn't believe how he treated me. He wouldn't let me explain anything. I started off with being stabbed and he said oh no don't make me shed a tear, he was so ignorant and rude and unprofessional. To the point where I started shutting down at the end. I would never ever have a appt with him again. He should retire if he don't like his job.
I had my appointment with Mark Brooks today. I just wanted to say it was a pleasant experience amongst all the chaos in my life previously and currently. I feel like everything was thoroughly asked and explained. I appreciate his attention to detail, empathy and undivided attention during our session. I would recommend anyone to his facility or care as he obviously loves what he does and is readily available and informed to discuss any concerns or questions. I had a zoom meeting with Dr. Brooks. He is very nice, but I saw some negative reviews. Do not worry, he is kind but he is very efficient. So he is asking straightforward questions and trying to get his job done appropriately. He has a sense of humor amidst trying to keep you on point. I'm pleased with my telehealth meeting with him.
