Dr Braun took the time to talk to and understand my brothers needs when others just tried to shove him through the system. A week later, on a Saturday, he called my brother to check on him and to talk with him about his issues. Excellent care!
Received bill as if I had no insurance when I presented when I was seen. No one answers the phone when I try to straighten out my bill. Nowhere to leave comment in billing area.
Mark Braun, the emergency room doctor on duty, refused every request I made to communicate with my 20 month old grandson's cardiologist or heart transplant team. The baby's mother, who was in the hospital for emergency surgery herself, called the cardiologist who then called Dr. Braun. Both medicines Braun prescribed were deemed unsafe by the heart failure team Seattle Children's Hospital. I felt he dismissed my concerns and didn't take seriously the fragility of my grandson's health history.
