Mark, Rachel, and crew have all the qualities you want in a construction team. They are organized, experienced, and professional. They communicate well, informing you of each step in the process and letting you know if there are going to be any deviations in the schedule. They come when they say they will and work hard onsite. Our home, built by someone else, had a leak on the second floor that brought water into our first floor living room. The roofers, window installers and stucco folks each pointed a finger at one another. I called Mark Bighley for help, and it was a wise decision. It took a while to find the leak, and his persistence was needed and appreciated. His repair work matched the original style, texture and color, and best of all is that we no longer have a leak. Simply stated, Mark did what we needed in our construction challenge.
