Doc, Bessette is by far one of the most amazing doctors i have had in a very long time. I honestly cant give him a higher review that he deserves. Also, The staff here is absolutely amazing and to the nurse who hugged me yesterday and cried with me made me feel like everyone just cares. So thank you. All of you are just truly amazing. Thank you to the person running this staff, you have done such an amazing job with these folks! Please get your folks some lunch and remind them how amazing they are! -Mrs. Melton

Got hung up. So rude.
Don't waste your time. Came as a new patient for myself, husband and kids. Yearly check ups are normally about an hour to an hour and a half. Was in and out in 20 min. Coming as a cancer patient I would have expected more time spent. Our insurance switched in-between my apt and my hubbys/kids apt. The front office has called me a totaly of 4 times for the new insurance card that I Gave and asked them to update on all files. (Gave childrens names at apt my check in) also gave it over the phone twice for hubbys apt they were c... read more
Dr Bessette is kind and caring. His office staff however is utterly incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor unless you like calling an office daily to attempt to get them to send in a prescription Update, the office staff called me to tell me my mammogram was normal, when it wasn't. I read the report myself. Then she argued with me about it before she realized she was reading the wrong report. That level of negligence and incompetence could kill a patient.
