Make sure to ask about hidden fees. Was told there was NOT going to be a diagnostic fee and then when I chose not to have the work done (because I couldn’t afford it at the time), there was a suddenly a diagnostic fee. I specifically asked in the first place because a diagnostic fee is typical and was told it would be easy to find my coolant leak so there wouldn’t be a diagnostic fee.
We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. This shop, especially the owner Mark, is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and so very honest and kind. Thanks for the great service you always give!
Awesome work! My starter went out and they replaced it in a very timely manner. If you’re a college student like me, I would recommend going to them if you need work done. Nice people and good service!
Absolutely amazing people to work with. We live in TN and our daughter attends JSU. Her starter went out and we called them to see if they could get her in. Got her in the next day and had it back to her that day. Thank you so much for making this momma feel at ease.
