I was very impressed with Dr Banno, his manner was calm and knowledgeable. He made some very good health suggestions and let me know the results of my tests in a very timely manner. He even went above and beyond and personally left me a message with concerns he has about some of the test results. Thank you Dr. Banno!
I had first visit with Dr.Mark..after long time waiting in the lobby,they took me to room waiting for a doctor to come…I stayed more than 50 minutes and no show up…. Got fostered and mad.then I left with out seeing the doctor.Doctors should consider about the patients time is very important,specially who is working,it’s not acceptable to wasting our time for waiting.Doctors office should be more professional about tracking the patient opportunities.not sitting hours waiting…This was very bad experience with this doctor.
Dr. Banno has been a very good doctor and takes his time with patients.
Dr Banno is very knowledgeable and makes effective referrals to specialists as needed. Some staff appears to speak English as a second language.
Waste of time for me a well; went to discuss my mother's medical condition and explained to him she is in the process for filing for SSDI and right away he said 'oh no she's fine she can work... do you think I have to work? no i dont, but i do anyway'. He said this without examining my mother or asking any questions. Very insulting. He then said 'anyway I don't fill out paperwork or deal with patients for disability' . All of this could have been handled differently, not professional or kind whatsoever.
He’s a good doctor but sadly the ladies who is working at the front desk they need a lot of experience how to deal with the patients

Total waist of time. Dr. Banno is listed on the FMCSA registry as examiner for DOT exams. Made an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was told that he doesn’t perform the exams.
